About Patrick O’Connell, E-RYT 500: He is a Certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Certified Unified Mindfulness Teacher with over 16 years of teaching experience. Drawing on his background as a competitive ice dancer, he blends strength, mindfulness, and breath in his classes. Patrick also works as a research assistant at Carnegie Mellon University’s Health and Human Performance Lab, studying respiration and mindfulness, and leads retreats and workshops to help others deepen their practice.
